Jason Brown is Director of Customer Advisory, Counter Fraud Lead at iCOUNTER. He leads iCOUNTER's customer advisory team, customer engagement and success across the Counter Threat Operating System (CTOS) third-party risk management and counter fraud capabilities, and serves as the company's fraud subject matter expert.Jason retired from the U.S. Secret Service as Resident Agent in Charge of the Knoxville Resident Office following 25 years of service. During his tenure, he served as a founding member and supervisor of the Cyber Intelligence Section, as a member of the design and development team for the Critical Systems Protection Program, as National Coordinator of the Cyber Fraud Task Force and Electronic Crimes Task Force network, and as Director of Cybersecurity Policy at the White House under Presidents Bush and Obama. Prior to iCOUNTER, he served as Director of Risk Operations at Imprint Payment Systems, where he oversaw the Fraud, AML/BSA, and Dispute Operations teams.
