Users of our Services include both Customers and Workers. “Customers” are individuals or entities that use our Services to request that a Worker perform one or more job(s) or service(s) (each, a “Project”). “Workers” are individuals or entities that use our Services to perform Projects for a Customer. We may obtain services from Workers through a third-party platform; in such cases, in addition to this Privacy Policy, the privacy policy of that third-party platform will apply. This Privacy Policy applies only to how Apollo collects, uses, and discloses information. It does not apply to the privacy practices of our Customers or third-party platforms.

By using any of our Services, you agree that any information that we collect from or about you through our Services will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms and any Agreement, including applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes.
