Operationalizing Risk Intelligence in Your Ecosystem

Jason Brown from iCOUNTER will take the stage to show how third-party risk intelligence turns into action: determining whether a threat touches your organization, routing it to the right owner, and responding at machine speed before it reaches you.

Forty-eight percent of breaches now involve a third party, according to the Verizon 2026 Data Breach Investigations Report. Yet most programs still learn about live threats against their third parties from the third party itself, often after the damage is done.

Assessments and ratings describe how prepared a third party may be. They can’t tell you that its credentials are for sale or that an attacker holds its access tokens today.

Risk intelligence only matters when it drives action. Drawing on real third-party incidents, Jason shows how to put it to work across your ecosystem. The programs that hold up won’t be the ones that know the most about their third parties. They’ll be the ones that act first on what they know.
